A Labor Day BBQ

Labor Day BBQ- FB Image and Title ImageIs anyone else in disbelief that summer is officially winding down and Labor Day is upon us? To hold onto summer just a little longer, we came up with some delicious food ideas for the last BBQ of the season.

In this blog post we have a hot dog bar, mini peach pies, a bacon mango salsa fit for any hot dog, classic corn on the cob with a variety of toppings, and a tasty watermelon refresher beverage. With a little prep work, this Labor Day spread is simple to put together and only requires a grill, an oven and your favorite Fiesta Dinnerware. We used Sunflower, Scarlet and Cobalt as our color scheme.
Grilled-Corn

To start with our delicious menu, we lit the grill to get it nice and warm for our corn, hot dogs and zucchini. We suggest grilling the corn with the husk on because it helps to create a steam pocket for the corn and cooks it evenly. We have the half husked corn, but suggest finding the corn with the full husk—trust us, it’s so worth it.

Toppings

Toppings

While the grill warms up and starts to cook our main items, let’s talk about Bacon Mango Peach Salsa. We used Mrs. G’s Hot Pepper Jelly in Mango Ginger Habanero, grilled bacon (yes, we said grilled bacon, try it if you haven’t yet!) fresh mango, and red onion. Simply dice half of one red onion, grilled bacon and fresh mango and mix together in a medium bowl. Add 5 tablespoons of Mrs. G’s Mango Ginger Habanero hot pepper jelly (add more if desired). You can use this to dress up your hot dog, grilled corn or for just eating by itself, it’s that good.

Mrs.G's-Jelly Once we were finished with the bacon mango salsa, we placed all the toppings in Fiesta cups near the hot dog bar on our tablescape. Toppings for the hot dogs are featured in our Labor Day Shopping List at the end of this blog post to make things easier.

Hot Dogs

Hot-Dog-Bar

When we started thinking of classic Labor Day recipes, we of course thought of hot dogs. It doesn’t get more American than that. But we wanted to jazz up the standard grilled hot dogs and surprise family and friends with something unexpected. We think this does the trick.

3-Hot-Dogs Recipes, FIesta Dinnerware

Veggie Italian Dog, Bacon Mango Dog and a Southern Dog.

We did three different hot dog options that included a vegetarian option. We grilled zucchini to take the place of the hot dog and included Italian-inspired flavors to top it off: marinara sauce, grated parmesan mixed with breadcrumbs and Italian seasonings.

Veggie-Dog

For the second delicious dog, this is where the bacon mango salsa comes into major play. Because we already made the bacon mango salsa, all your guests have to do is top their hot dog or zucchini dog with it and enjoy.

Mrs.G's-Dog

Last but not least is the Southern dog. This hot dog requires red onion, cheddar cheese, chives, and bbq sauce. The combination is sweet, salty and delicious.

Corn

Corn-and-Flowers

Who doesn’t love corn on the cob? It’s such a yummy classic summer staple, it’s not a BBQ without it. Continuing with the idea of the hot dog bar, we created a corn bar as well.

Fiesta Entertaining Tip- Giving your guests options makes the process fun for not only you as the host, but for them as the guest.

We used the omni trays in the colors of our color scheme and snaked them across the table instead of a circle to allow for more items on the table. We made four different toppings for the corn that included a Greek Tapenade of feta and olives, a New England option with butter and Old Bay Seasoning, a creamy Mexican cheese topping and an Italian parmesan bread crumb topping. The omni trays were the perfect size to roll and coat your corn with ease.

Pie

No holiday is complete without a sweet treat, so we made individual peach pies in ramekins, taking a fun tip from our friend the Sugary Shrink. To keep pies simple and easy to make, we used two cans of peach pie filling and we opted to have minimal crust by only using it on the top in the shape of a star. The result is a warm, gooey treat.

Watermelon Refresher

Flowers-and-Watermelon

We’ve all heard that watermelon is mostly water, but have you ever put it in a blender and served it as a beverage? That’s just what we did. It was refreshing, not too sweet, and perfect for all ages. If you want to take your Labor Day BBQ to the next level, you can serve the watermelon refresher in the watermelon itself as a beverage server. All that is needed is a spout.

Main-Image

We hope that you all have a wonderful Labor Day full of rest and relaxation, but most importantly we hope that you enjoy your friends and family on this holiday as we observe a day of rest for all hardworking Americans.

Last but certainly not least, we tried Carolyn’s Pretzel Bites, a recipe adapted from Sally’s Baking Addiction. A classic tailgate treat, these pretzels tickled our taste buds and kept us reaching for more!

pretzels

Here is Carolyn’s recipe:

Pretzel Bites

yield: 5 DOZEN total time: 2 HOURS

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cups (300ml) warm water (lukewarm, no need to take temperature)
  • 1 packet Red Star Platinum instant yeast (2 and 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon (8g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter, previously melted and not scorching hot
  • 3.75 – 4.25 cups (470- 530g) all-purpose flour + more for the counter surface to knead
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • coarse sea salt for sprinkling
  • Kicked-Up Cheddar Cheese Sauce for serving

Directions:

1       Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir with a spoon until fairly mixed, about 1 minute. Some clusters of yeast may remain. Add salt, sugar, and melted butter; stir until fairly combined. Slowly add 3 cups of flour, 1 cup at a time. Mix with a wooden spoon (or dough hook attached to stand mixer) until dough is thick. Add 3/4 cup more flour until the dough is no longer sticky. If it is still sticky, add up to 1/4 cup more. Poke the dough with your finger – if it bounces back, it is ready to knead.

2       Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes and shape into a ball. Place in a large mixing bowl that has been lightly coated with nonstick spray. Cover and let the dough rest in a warm area for about 10 minutes.

3       Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats. Set aside.

4       With a sharp knife, cut ball of dough into 6 sections. Roll the dough into six 20-inch long ropes. Cut the rope into 1.5 inch pieces to make bites.

5       Boil 9 cups of water with the baking soda. Make sure it is rapidly boiling. Drop 8-10 pretzel bites into water and let sit for 20 seconds. Remove with a spatula and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the bites aren’t touching.

6       Brush beaten egg over each pretzel bite. Sprinkle with sea salt. Bake batches for 15 minutes each, or until golden brown.

7       Remove from oven and serve with cheese sauce or honey mustard. Pretzel bites remain fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container, though they will lose some softness.

8       Make ahead/Freezing: For freezing, the prepared pretzel dough (or shaped dough) can be refrigerated for up to one day or frozen in an airtight container for three months. Thaw frozen dough in the refrigerator overnight. Refrigerated dough can be shaped into pretzels while still cold, but allow some extra time for the pretzels to puff up before the baking soda bath and baking. Baked pretzel bites freeze well for up to 3 months. Thaw and reheat in the oven at 300°F (149°C) until warm.

Kicked-Up Cheddar Cheese Sauce

yield: 3 CUPS total time: 20 MINUTES

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480ml) whole milk (no substitutions)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (31g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • salt + pepper to taste

Directions:

1       Heat the milk in a large saucepan over medium heat until you see bubbled forming on the top.

2       Meanwhile, melt the butter in another saucepan over medium heat. Sprinkle the flour over the top, stirring constantly until a thick paste forms, 1 to 2 minutes.

3       Slowly add the warm milk to the flour and butter paste in a steady stream, whisking constantly. Continue cooking, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. It should be thick but still pourable. Add the cheese, whisking constantly until it is melted. Add the hot sauce and cayenne. Taste, then add salt and pepper to taste. Add more cayenne and/or hot sauce if preferred.

4       The sauce will thicken upon cooling. Store leftovers covered tightly in the refrigerator. Heat over stovetop or in the microwave before serving again.

Additional Notes:

1       You can easily halve this recipe!

2       You can leave out the hot sauce and/or cayenne.

Your recipes made it extremely difficult to pick a winner. In fact, they were so good we’d like to give you both a little something as well! Sandra and Carolyn, please message us on Facebook with your address and your preference of color for one of our 2 pc Dip Sets!

Keep checking the Fiesta Dinnerware Facebook page for news about our next contest. Until then, happy cooking!

24 Fall Color Combinations

As the season changes to fall, our fashions and color choices likely change. At Fiesta Dinnerware, we think that changing up color combinations is just as important as changing up your wardrobe. After all, that’s why we offer so many color choices, so you can mix and match to come up with your own personal signature set for all seasons and occasions.

Pumpkin-1

We have a total of 24 fall color combinations for you to be inspired by or use for any of the upcoming holidays.

The first combination is something traditional in color. We were inspired by the Pantone color of the year, Marsala. We created something that felt traditional but still had a pop of color. We paired plum, sunflower and poppy to create this look. We especially like the square dinner plate on the bottom which acts like a charger plate with the place setting. Plum flatware was also used to complete this look.

Pumpkin-2

In this second fall color combo, we went a bit more modern. We think these colors would be great for someone who likes the idea of non-traditional colors for fall. The color combination looks clean, modern and fresh.

Sunflower-1
We continued the feeling of new and modern by tucking the napkin between the dinner plate and the luncheon plate across the top, then took sunflower flatware and tied a fork and knife together with thick gray string and laid it across the fringe Fiesta napkins, also in sunflower.

Sunflower-2

This next look is somewhere in-between the first two, modern meets traditional. We took burlap  and draped that down the center of the table, adding texture to the tablecloth linen to create warmth in conjunction with the earthy tones of paprika. The idea of incorporating wheat into this color combo came after we added the burlap and saw how it perfectly fit in with the color combination. A sprig of wheat looks great against the paprika flatware tied together. Don’t you think?

Wheat-1
The color combination we used here is paprika, slate, tangerine and turquoise. The way that we paired it was to layer the lighter, brighter colors on top of the darkest shade, slate. The idea of a holiday brunch brought out the cream and sugar set along with a cup and saucer. The medium bistro bowl is perfect for just about anything.

Wheat-2

We have even more fall color combinations ahead for you, all based on fall color trends as well as some of our favorites. We hope that these fall color combinations inspire you to create your own fall color combinations. If you do, we’d love to see them. Share your color combinations with us on Facebook and Pinterest and we will feature them on our color combination board.

Here are the other 21 fall color combinations we created using Colorama on the Fiesta website. Share your favorites with your friends!

Columbus Fiesta Tent Sale Q&A-September 2015

What is the tent sale?

The tent sale is an event in which we sell our second quality Fiesta® dinnerware at a discounted price. We hold these sales twice a year at our Factory Retail Outlet in Newell, WV and Everything Fiesta in Sutton, WV, and this year at the Ohio Expo Center and State Fair in Columbus, OH.

What are seconds?

Seconds are Fiesta dinnerware items that have minor flaws in them, some you may not even notice.

What time does the tent sale start?

The Columbus Fiesta Tent Sale is September 17th-20th. Thursday, the 17th, through Saturday, the 19th, the tent will be open from 8:30am-7pm. On Sunday, the 20th, the tent will be open from 10am-4pm.

How do I get to the tent sale?

This tent sale will be held at the North Commercial Building at the Ohio Expo Center. The address for this location is 717 East 17th Avenue, Columbus, OH, 43211.

If you are traveling from the North, take I-71 South to 17th Avenue/Exit 111.
If you are traveling from the South, take I-71 North to 17th Avenue/Exit 111.If you are traveling from the West, take I-70 East to I-71 North. Then take I-71 North to 17th Avenue/Exit 111.
If you are traveling from the East, take I-70 West to I-71 North. Then take I-71 North to 17th Avenue/Exit 111.
If you are traveling from within Columbus, you can reach the Ohio Expo Center by taking North Fourth Avenue (from the South) or Summit Street (from the North) to 17th or 11th Avenues.

Once you have arrived at the Ohio Expo Center, signs and parking attendants will direct you where to park.

What time do people start waiting in line?

This is our first time in Columbus so we don’t really know yet.

At the Factory and Everything Fiesta tent sales, each day is different; a few dedicated people even camp out all night, which is an option available at the Columbus Tent Sale as well.

To help you plan your trip, it’s good to know that the morning is usually the busiest time in the tent each day, making the line to get into the tent longer in the morning than that afternoon, so plan accordingly!

How do I get a ticket and does it cost money?

Tickets are free, and will be passed out at 7:30am each morning. The tickets are to secure your place in line. If you arrive any time after the 8:00am start, you will still receive a ticket and enter the tent when your ticket number is called.

While in line, you may go to the restroom or leave to get something to eat. It is your responsibility to be back in line and in the correct ticket number sequence before your number enters the tent. It’s important that you stay in ticket number sequence. If you are not at the tent when your number is called to enter the tent you must go to the rear of the line and get another ticket, starting the whole waiting process over again.

That being said, there is a possibility that we will not pass out tickets, as the facility that the ware will be in is 5x larger than at our Factory Retail Outlet or Everything Fiesta Tent Sales, and therefore, we will be able to let in more people at a time.

Where do I park my car and how much does it cost?

Parking is provided at the Ohio Expo Center. There are large parking lots all around the area, and there are parking attendants who can assist with directions. Parking is $5 per day, but if you bring your parking slip to the tent, we will credit the $5 towards your first purchase over $100. You will only receive the discount if you show proof of your parking slip.

Where can I get a price list?

Price lists will be handed out while you are in line. There will also be price lists hanging up throughout the tent. Expect to see a wide variety of Fiesta items discounted at 53-83% off retail sale suggested price.

Will you publish the price list online?

Unfortunately, no. Price lists will be handed out while you are in line.

 What are the prices like?

The prices can be up to 53%-83% off retail sale prices. We listed a few examples below:

Deals

These are deals you can’t pass up!

What colors will be in the tent?

The color selection will vary each day. You might even be lucky enough to find some discontinued colors, such as Marigold, Flamingo, and Peacock. New colors have to be available for a year before they are released in seconds. Poppy is the newest color to be released in seconds, and will be available at this tent sale.

Sorry folks, Sage and Slate will not make their tent sale debut until next year.

Can I purchase first quality Fiesta during the tent sale?

Unfortunately, at this sale no, as it is not being held at one of our outlet locations.

What items will be at the sale?

We will have over 55 different items in the tent! The earlier you get there, the wider the selection of ware. New items have to be available for a year before they are released in seconds.

Due to liabilities, we are unable to sell you any broken pieces for any reason.

 How are the items sold?

Every item (with the exception of our canisters) is sold individually, unless you find a matching lid. Even items that are typically sold in a set will be sold individually, such as the extra large butter dish.

Do I need to get there on the first day to get the best item/color selection?

Due to the size of the facility, all ware that we are bringing will be in the venue each day, therefore the best selection will be on the first day. However, if we see that ware is going fast, we will send for more to be brought down from our factory on Friday.

Do I need to get there early to get the best item/color selection?

Trust us, we will not run out of ware! The tent will always have a good stock of plates, bowls, and mugs no matter what time you get there. Getting there early will give you an advantage if we only have one bin of a certain item. However, if we only have a few pieces of an item we try to limit the amount you can purchase to just a few to give everyone a chance!

Are my purchases boxed for me, or do I need to bring something to pack them in?

All ware that you purchase will be wrapped in paper and packed securely in boxes/bags for easy transportation.

What happens if I return home and discover an item wasn’t packed or I want to exchange a purchased item?

Make sure to watch your items as they are being packed. Sometimes our packers work so quickly that they miss packing an item. All of our sales on second quality items are final, regardless of whether it is during the tent sale or not. Therefore, if an item is unfortunately left behind or what you no longer desire, we are unable to refund or exchange the item. Also, make sure to check if your cashier or packer has put stoppers in your salt and pepper shakers, cheese shakers, and toothbrush holders. Make sure that your soap/lotion dispensers are given a pump too!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash. We do not accept American Express or checks.

If you are paying with a credit card please have your ID ready.

Do you accept gift cards/gift certificates during the tent sale?

Since we do not have an outlet store in Columbus we cannot accept gift cards/certificates during the tent sale.

What do I need to bring?

We will provide you with shopping carts; however, you can bring a dolly with you. If you bring a dolly with you we provide you with up to four milk crates when you enter the tent. The dolly makes them much easier to carry. If you are using our shopping carts there are no need for milk crates.

There is a good chance the ware will be a little dirty. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing an old hand towel or a sock to wipe off the factory dirt and dust from the dishes.

…and of course we recommend you bring a friend!

Can I bring my child with me? What if my child is in a car seat or if I’m holding them?

Unfortunately, due to safety concerns, no strollers or children under the age of twelve are permitted in the dinnerware stocked areas.

What happens if it rains?

The show must go on! The sale will happen come rain or shine. Fortunately, this tent sale is being held under a 35,000 square foot pavilion. However, if there is lightning and thunder, we will evacuate the area until the weather has cleared and it has been deemed safe to continue.

What do you do with the ware left over after the sale?

Any ware left over during the sale will be donated to a non-profit, not for resale organization. We feel it is better to return to the community than to return leftover ware to the factory.

Fiesta’s 12 Days of Christmas

12days

Fiesta dinnerware’s newest holiday patterns are inspired by the caroling classic, 12 Days of Christmas. Featuring colorful illustrations of each of the gifts given by one’s true love, the collection is set to be released in three increments, the first of which launches this fall!

12days2

The first four 12 Days of Christmas designs depict joyful birds on White dinnerware:

-A Partridge in a Pear Tree

-Two Turtle Doves

-Three French Hens

-Four Calling Birds

The new patterns will be available as a set of four Salad/Dessert Plates or four Java Mugs.

12 days3

What we love most about this holiday collection is how the timeless designs can be used year-round. Mix them in with your favorite Fiesta for a flight of fancy any time of year.

Look for the first 12 days of Christmas sets in better department/specialty stores and .coms in mid-October 2015. The remaining eight designs will be available in sets of four in the years to follow.

Summer Fiesta Desk Makeover

Over-Shoulder-Shot

We love coming up with fun new ways to incorporate Fiesta Dinnerware into your everyday life. So we thought of several creative new ways to incorporate Fiesta into your workspace. We used new color Slate along with Poppy, Turquoise, Sunflower and Tangerine to brighten up this desk space. These colors are a great reflection of the colors of summer and bring an energetic burst to this Fiesta inspired workspace.

Entertaining-Set-in-Desk

We used the entertaining set in one side desk drawer for colorful organization of common office items. Mints, keys, highlighters, sticky notes and business cards are all organized in it’s own space with easy and clear access to items. We used a custom mix of Slate, Poppy, Tangerine, Turquoise and Sunflower. The Slate is now available in the omni tray.

Fiesta-Rectangular-Baker

Thinking outside the world of folders, the rectangular baker works perfectly to keep all your notes, documents and other paperwork in place and organized. We use the Tangerine rectangular baker pictured here.

Inside-Top-Desk

Mosts desks have a top middle drawer that usually ends up being the catch-all drawer for everything. We came up with a solution for that.

Turquoise and Poppy napkin holders with the small bread tray make the perfect contained spaces for journals, phones, wallets and any other larger office supplies that need the perfect home. We took advantage of the size of the Sugar Packet Caddy for rubber bands, push-pins and paperclips. The coordinating colors used are in Poppy, Turquoise and Slate.

Are you someone who likes having a few items right on your desk to grab and go? We thought you might need some office supply organization on top of your desk as well.

Bead-Tray

Another small bread tray in Slate is used to hold the more often used items with a Turquoise ramekin for paper clips. Having these items easily available will help you to stay more organized throughout your day. And we bet make you smile.

We also thought of a great way to dress up a square box planter. Perfect for bringing in some outdoor elements. You’ve probably also noticed the Fiesta Dinnerware table runner that we have used to run across the desk to add more color and texture.

Suuculents-Square-Tray

The square handled serving tray in Turquoise is layered with a Sunflower napkin holder to bring out the color of the succulents. The layering effect gives the plant a little extra oompf and helps to balance out the other side of the desk.

Umbrella

We even found a way to store your umbrella in a way that will prevent the carpet around your desk from getting wet on a rainy day. The large canister in Slate was a the perfect choice for our color combination.

Focus-Tapered-Mug

We hope you get creative and find a way to fit Fiesta Dinnerware into your deskspace at home or at work. It just may make you want to hang out at your desk and enjoy your coffee in one of our new tapered mugs, the one featured here is in Tangerine.

We also wanted to give you a special bonus for your workspace. Did you notice the wallpaper on the computer monitor in the images? If not you can see it and download the wallpaper below.

Full-Desk-Shot

The new tapered mug (available now) and Slate trivet are the perfect mug and coaster option for your deskspace. The trivet could double as a paper weight. We also love the size of the sugar bowl. It’s another great accent that can hold supplies. Unless you decide you need your personal sugar bowl for work, either way it works as a stylish functional element.

We hope that you enjoy using Fiesta Dinnerware in different ways. If you decide to organize your home or work office space with Fiesta, share the details in our comments section below or on our Facebook and Pinterest pages!

Everything Fiesta Tent Sale Q&A

What is the tent sale?

The tent sale is an event in which we sell our second quality Fiesta® dinnerware at a discounted price.  We hold these sales twice a year at our Factory Retail Outlet in Newell, WV, as well at Everything Fiesta in Sutton, WV.

What are seconds?

Seconds are Fiesta dinnerware items that have minor flaws in them, some you may not even notice.

What time does the tent sale start?

The sale starts at 8am March 31 – April 2.

How do I get to the tent sale?

The address for the tent sale is 90 Woodward Drive, Sutton, WV, 26601.

The Everything Fiesta Retail Outlet is located in the Flatwoods Factory Outlet Mall, and it is located 80 miles south of Morgantown, and 70 miles north of Charleston. Take the Flatwoods Exit #67 off Interstate 79.

Google Map

The map above is marked to show where to go once you have arrived at the Flatwoods Factory Outlet Stores.

The yellow lines are marked to show the roads that lead you to the tent sale once you exit Interstate 79.
The red rectangle indicates where the tent is located.
The blue rectangle indicates where to park once you arrive.
The green dot shows where customers begin to line up to enter the tent.

What time do people start waiting in line?

Each day is different; a few dedicated people even camp out all night.

While in line you may go to the restroom or leave to get something to eat. It is your responsibility to be back in line and in the correct ticket number sequence before your number enters the tent. It’s important that you stay in ticket number sequence. If you are not at the tent when your number is called to enter the tent you must go to the rear of the line and get another ticket, starting the whole waiting process over again.

Tickets are not required to shop at the Everything Fiesta Factory Outlet.

Where do I park my car and how much does it cost?

All parking is free, and cars can be parked in the Mall parking lot.

Where can I get a price list?

Price lists will be handed out while you are in line. There will also be price lists hanging up throughout the tent. Expect to see a wide variety of Fiesta items discounted at 30% to 50% off.

Will you publish the price list online?

Unfortunately, no. Price lists will be handed out while you are in line.

What are the prices like?

The prices can be up to 50% off normal seconds prices. We listed a few examples below:

A dinner plate will cost $2.10 in the tent and $4.00 in the normal seconds room.
A mug will cost $2.00 in the tent and $3.50 in the normal seconds room.
A large disc pitcher will cost $4.75 in the tent and $8.25 in the normal seconds room.

These are deals you can’t pass up!

What colors will be in the tent?

The color selection will vary each day. You might even be lucky enough to find some discontinued colors, such as Marigold and Plum. Slate and Sage will also be available for the first time at a tent sale.

What items will be in the tent?
The item selection will vary each day. New items have to be available for a year before they are released in seconds. Place settings will not be available in the tent, but will remain available in our Everything Fiesta Outlet.

If you are hoping to purchase broken ware to create a colorful Fiesta mosaic…sorry! We are unable to sell you any broken pieces due to liabilities.

How are the items sold?

Every item is sold individually (unless you find a matching lid). Even items that are typically sold in a set will be sold individually, such as a sugar and creamer tray set or extra large butter dish.

Do I need to get there on the first day to get the best item/color selection?

We restock the tent every night. Therefore, each day there are new items and surprises waiting for you! If we only have a few pieces of an item we try to limit the amount you can purchase to give everyone a chance!

Gift cards can be used in the store.

What do I need to bring?

We highly recommend bringing a dolly with you. We provide you with up to four milk crates when you enter the tent. The dolly makes them much easier to carry. There will also be a local non-profit organization renting out carts during the sale.

There is a good chance the ware will be a little dirty. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing a rag or a sock to wipe off the factory dirt and dust from the dishes.

…and of course we recommend you bring a friend!

Can I bring my child with me?

Due to safety reasons, no children under the age of 16 are permitted in the tent.

What if my child is in a car seat or if I’m holding them?

Due to safety reasons, no children under the age of 16 are permitted in the tent.

What happens if it rains?

The show must go on! The sale will happen come rain or shine. However, if there is lightning and thunder, we will evacuate the tent until the weather has cleared and it has been deemed safe to continue. If this does happen, there is always the possibility to check out our first quality items and specials in our Everything Fiesta Retail Outlet.

We highly recommend checking the weather before heading to the sale, that way you dress appropriately for the conditions.

Will the Everything Fiesta Outlet be open during the tent sale?

Yes, it will be open the same hours as the tent sale and you do not need a ticket to get in. Make sure you stop in because the first quality Fiesta will be on sale!

Will the second’s room in Everything Fiesta be open?

No, all of our seconds will be under the tent.

What do you do with the ware left over after the sale?

Everything will go back into the seconds room the following day.
