With summer upon us, and the wonderfully, smoky smell of campfires filling the air, we can’t get our minds off one of our favorite summer time treats: S’mores! The melty chocolate, the gooey marshmallow, and the crunchy graham crackers, all come together to make one dessert we just can’t get enough of.
However, sometimes we get a craving for these sweet treats even on rainy days, which is why we are presenting our own variation of S’mores Dip from Spend With Pennies, baked right into our Ramekins! This delicious concoction is for sweet tooths of any age. All you need is 5 minutes and a few simple ingredients:
½ cup of milk chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of milk
To make the dip, combine the chocolate chips, milk, and 2 of the marshmallows into a saucepan over medium low heat. Stir the mixture until melted, and carefully pour into the Ramekin. Top with remaining marshmallows, and put into the oven to broil for one minute.
When the marshmallows have reached the perfect shade of golden brown, take the Ramekin out and cool for a few minutes. Set on top of the Bread Tray with graham cracker sticks to serve.
Finally, dig in!
